Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights

Court involuntarily terminated parental rights of mother for two children, each with a different father, because mother has substance abuse problems and was derelict in her parental care of both children for more than 6 months prior to petition to terminate rights; new wife of one husband was a party to the proceeding, co-counsel, and witness, which the court allowed.  C.T.S. And G.T.D., In re, 4 Fid. Rep. 3d 52 (O.C. Berks 2013) (Opinion by Schmehl, J.)
