Rescinds Two Local Guardianship Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Berks County has rescinded Orphans&#8217; Court Local Rules 14.3A (&#8220;Evaluation&#8221;) and 14.4A (&#8220;Representation of alleged incapacitated person&#8221;), effective thirty days after publication in the <em>Pennsylvania Bulletin<\/em>.  &#8220;Amendments to Local Rules; No. 26-11 Prothonotary; Orphans&#8217; Court No. 60539&#8221; (3\/2\/2026), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacodeandbulletin.gov\/Display\/pabull?file=\/secure\/pabulletin\/data\/vol56\/56-12\/400.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">56 Pa.B. 1568<\/a> (3\/21\/2026).
