R.O.C.P. 15.2, 15.7, 15.8, 15.9, 15.10, and 15.13, and adopted a new Rule 15.24, in order to implement changes required by federal regulations under the Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 U.S.C. \u00a7\u00a7\u20021901 <em>et seq<\/em>.  These rules were <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.evans-legal.com\/?p=9934\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">previously published as proposed rules<\/a>, and will be effective October 1, 2026.  &#8220;Order Amending Rules 15.2, 15.7, 15.8, 15.9, 15.10, and 15.13; and Adopting Rule 15.24 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Orphans&#8217; Court Procedure; No. 1054 Supreme Court Rules Docket&#8221; (7\/29\/2026), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacodeandbulletin.gov\/Display\/pabull?file=\/secure\/pabulletin\/data\/vol56\/56-33\/1153.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">56 Pa.B. 5385<\/a> (8\/15\/2026).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Pa.
