{"id":4481,"date":"2017-03-04T09:27:47","date_gmt":"2017-03-04T14:27:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/resources.evans-legal.com\/?p=4481"},"modified":"2017-03-06T17:18:26","modified_gmt":"2017-03-06T22:18:26","slug":"lawyer-registration-fee-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resources.evans-legal.com\/?p=4481","title":{"rendered":"Lawyer Registration Fee Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court has adopted amendments to the Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement that will reduce the annual registration fee for active lawyers from $125 to $120, but increase the annual fee that goes to the Lawyers Fund for Client Security from $45 to $75. \u00a0The annual fee for inactive lawyers will also increase, from $70 to $100. \u00a0<em>Amendment of Rules 219(a) and (j) and 502(b) of the Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement<\/em>, No. 149 Disciplinary Rules Doc.
