Rule on Public Access"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court has entered an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Supreme\/out\/Order%20Entered%20%2010338035431370729.pdf\">order<\/a>\u00a0following\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Supreme\/out\/report%20%2010338035431371033.pdf\">the recommendation of the Orphans&#8217; Court Procedural Rules Committee<\/a>\u00a0and adopting a new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Supreme\/out\/Attachment%20%2010338035431370974.pdf\">Pa.O.C. Rule 1.99<\/a> to conform to the Public Access Policy of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania, effective 1\/6\/2018.\u00a0 Notes to various rules on pleadings and filings have also been amended to include cross-references to new Rule 1.99 in order to remind practitioners and parties about the new rules for the treatment of confidential information.\u00a0 &#8220;In re: Order Adopting Rule 1.99 and Amending the Notes to Rules 2.1, 2.4, 2.7, 2.8, 2.10, 3.3-3.6, 3.9-3.11, 3.14, 7.2-7.4, and 8.2 of the Pennsylvania Orphans&#8217; Court Rules,&#8221; No. 758 Supreme Court Rules Docket (1\/5\/2018), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pabulletin.com\/secure\/data\/vol48\/48-3\/95.html\">48 Pa.B. 483<\/a> (1\/20\/2018).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court has entered an order\u00a0following\u00a0the recommendation of the Orphans&#8217; Court Procedural Rules Committee\u00a0and adopting a new Pa.O.C.
