(8\/31\/2018), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pabulletin.com\/secure\/data\/vol48\/48-37\/1441.html\">48 Pa.B. 5714<\/a> (9\/15\/2018).&nbsp; (204 Pa.Code&nbsp;\u00a7207.3 relates to online payment fees and it has been amended to include filings made through the tracking system.)<\/p>\n<p>The new rule specifically provides that filing under the new tracking system satisfies the reporting requirements of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pabulletin.com\/secure\/data\/vol48\/48-24\/914.html\">Pa.O.C.
