C.P. 1\/8\/2019), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pabulletin.com\/secure\/data\/vol49\/49-5\/134.html\">49 Pa.B. 445<\/a> (2\/2\/2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><u>Note<\/u>:  Although the administrative order states that it will be effective 30 days after publication in the <em>Pennsylvania Bulletin<\/em>, the Pa. O.C.
