The list (as of 3\/31\/2020) is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.co.berks.pa.us\/Dept\/RegWills\/Pages\/default.aspx\">Berks<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.buckscounty.org\/docs\/default-source\/Coronavirus\/e-probatee-marriagelicensespilot.pdf?sfvrsn=0\">Bucks<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dauphincounty.org\/government\/publicly_elected_officials\/register_of_wills\/index.php\">Dauphin<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lehighcounty.org\/Portals\/0\/PDF\/Deeds\/VirtualProbateProceedings.pdf?ver=2020-03-26-151311-047\">Lehigh<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northamptoncounty.org\/CRTSRVCS\/REG-WILL\/Documents\/Virtual Probate (Temporary).pdf\">Northampton<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/yorkcountypa.gov\/images\/pdf\/clerk-recorder-wills\/Virtual_Probate_Process_-_York_County_Register_of_Wills.pdf\">York<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the procedures require the participation of a lawyer, and some of the procedures seem to require that the lawyer and clients (personal representatives) all participate in the conference call from the same location, which would seem to defeat the &#8220;social distancing&#8221; goal of the videoconferencing process.
