Rule for Digital Assets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Orphans\u2019 Court Procedural Rules Committee has published a new proposal for a rule for Registers of Wills for the disclosure of the digital assets of a decedent to the personal representative of the decedent&#8217;s estate in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S. \u00a7\u20023908.  \u201cProposed Adoption of Pa.R.O.C.P. 10.7,\u201d&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pacodeandbulletin.gov\/Display\/pabull?file=\/secure\/pabulletin\/data\/vol51\/51-14\/507.html\" target=\"_blank\">51 Pa.B. 7362<\/a>&nbsp;(12\/3\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This proposal supersedes <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/resources.evans-legal.com\/?p=8548\" target=\"_blank\">a previous proposal for a Rule 10.7<\/a> which would have consisted of a cross-reference to 20 Pa.C.S. \u00a7\u20023908.
