Garrison<\/em>, ___ Pa. ___, <a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=1813296501001307859\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=1813296501001307859\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">288 A.3d 866<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Supreme\/out\/J-57A-C-2022mo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">61 MAP 2022, 62 MAP 2022, and 63 MAP 2022<\/a> (1\/19\/2023), rev&#8217;g \u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Superior\/out\/J-A13008-21m%20-%20104905789147531462.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">1429 EDA 2020<\/a>\u00a0(Pa. Super. 9\/27\/2021) (non-precedential), and 10 Fid.Rep.3d 189 (Montgomery O.C. 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[DBE Comment: As&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/resources.evans-legal.com\/?p=9167\">previously noted<\/a>, the consent of the settlor should have made a difference, and the court was able to distinquish its previous decision in&nbsp;<em>Trust under Agreement of Edward Winslow Taylor<\/em>, 649 Pa, 649, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=11975329031288005609\" target=\"_blank\">164 A.3d 1147<\/a> (Pa. 2017), which involved a trust modification without the consent of the settlor under 20 Pa.C.S. \u00a7 7740.1(b), and not a trust modification with the consent of the settlor under 20 Pa.C.S. \u00a7 7740.1(a).]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[DBE Note: There seems to be a typographical error in the slip opinion, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Supreme\/out\/J-57A-C-2022mo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">J-57A-C-2022mo<\/a>.
