Integration Clause of Settlement Agreement Bars Evidence of a Party’s State of Mind

The argument that a party to an estate settlement agreement did not consider a possible claim to be covered by the releases under the agreement is barred by a clause in the agreement that it is the “full agreement of the parties.” Yoffe Estate (No. 2), 3 Fid.Rep.4th 152 (Montgomery O.C. 2025) (Pa.
