House Bill 18, which makes a number of changes to 20 Pa.C.S. § 5512.2(a.1) relating to the scheduling and conduct of review hearings for guardianships, has passed both houses of the legislature and been signed into law by the governor, becoming the Act of October 27, 2025, No. 39.

The act takes effect in 60 days.
