Individual, living in Lake County, Ohio, was adjudicated incapacitated and then moved to Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where her daughter petitioned the Orphans’ Court for adjudication of incapacity and appointment of a plenary guardian; the Orphans’ Court of Delaware County, applying the newly adopted Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act, held that the court of Lake County, Ohio retained jurisdiction of the guardianship, because it was properly her home state when making its adjudication and no time limit was set for the guardianship. Jean Bocher, In re, 4 Fid. Rep. 3d 44 (O.C. Del. 2013) (Opinion by Kenney, J.)
