A will which purported to distribute “my entire probate estate” but refers to only specific parcels or items of property was found to be ambiguous and the court looked to the circumstances of the decedent at the time the will was executed. However, the circumstances did not clearly show the intent of the testator with respect to the tangible personal property located at parcel of real property that were specifically devised, and so the tangible personal property passed by intestacy.
