The denial of a petition for an agent to account is a final order which is appealable as of right. Although the petitioner was an intestate heir of the principal, she did not have standing to demand an accounting by the agent when the agent produced a will (not yet probated) by which the principal left his estate to the agent. The remedy of the petitioner was to compel the probate of the will and contest the will in order to obtain standing, and then petition to obtain an accounting by the agent.
